The sixth Ordinary Custodial Chapter will be held on February 15-19, 2010 (first part) and March 22-24, 2010 (second part). The venue of the first part will be La Verna House of Prayer, Tagaytay City.

The first part of the Chapter will be dedicated to the following:
- various reports on the life of the Custody
- reflection of the friars on the present situation of the Custody and the main challenges for the immediate future
- election of the Provincial Custos and Custodial Definitory
- discussion and decision on certain most urgent issues in the Custody

The Chapter decided to move the second part to March 22-24 to give time for the new Custos and Definitory to prepare

The second part will be devoted to the following:
- completion of the Quadrenial Custodial Project
- election of Guardians, Formators, and Presidents of Commissions
- Custodial Statutes
- discussion and decision on other important issues in the life of the Custody
